We do! Our Service Department is staffed by factory-trained technicians with years of experience servicing the brands we carry. Depends on the type of project, it can vary form retrofit, to new windows.
Yes, they all vary slightly from manufacture to manufacture some are 10 -20 years transferable and some are lifetime of original purchaser of the windows. Charles Window & Door will give you written copies of all applicable warranties.
Please make sure there is room for us to work in front of each window—normally four to six feet of workspace is more than adequate. If you are worried about fragile items that are close to the work area, please take them down. We are very careful but preventative measures go a long way.
No, not at all. We understand the challenges of having work done on your home. If you prefer, we will make arrangements with you to get a key ahead of time, or we will meet you the day of the installation to make arrangements to lock up.
